Delete account

You do not need to reinstall the app to request account deletion. You can also start the request by emailing the privacy contact.

1. How to request deletion

You can request deletion of your Endokaira account and associated data through either route:

  • In the app: open Endokaira and go to Profile > Data and privacy > Delete account.
  • By email: write to support@daelya.com from the email linked to your account and use the subject "Delete Endokaira account".

If you write from a different email address, we may ask for reasonable additional information to verify that you are the account owner before completing the request.

2. What we delete

Once the request is confirmed, we delete the data associated with your Endokaira account from active systems, including where present:

  • user account, internal identifiers and app profile;
  • account-linked consents and preferences;
  • daily logs, symptoms, factors, cycle, notes, history and backend-stored derived data;
  • technical tokens associated with account use, such as notification tokens where present;
  • the Firebase Authentication account or the relevant request to the technical provider to delete it.

Data stored only on your device is also deleted when you use account deletion from the app. If you no longer have access to the app, you can also remove local data by uninstalling Endokaira or clearing the app data in device settings.

3. What may be retained temporarily

Some data may be retained for a limited time where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, support handling, legal claims, or technical rotation of backups and logs.

Purchase, subscription and billing records handled by Google Play or Apple App Store are retained under those platforms' rules and obligations. Endokaira keeps only the status needed to provide, restore or resolve subscription-related issues while necessary.

4. Subscriptions

Deleting your Endokaira account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Google Play or Apple App Store. If you have an active subscription, cancel it from the relevant store account to prevent future renewals.

5. Response time

We will respond within the applicable legal period. In the EU, we normally respond within one month of receiving the request, extendable where permitted.
